  1. Download the kit.

Claude: the zip above. Leave it zipped. ChatGPT: the ChatGPT version (text file).
  2. Open your AI's home base.

Made one in episode 2 or 3? Use it. If not: Claude: Projects New project. ChatGPT: Sidebar New project. Name it after your AI, for example Juno. No interview files yet? That's fine. The kit asks five quick questions first.
  3. Add the kit.

    • Claude: Customize Skills + Create skill Upload a skill and pick the zip, or drag it in. Skills need Settings Capabilities Code execution and file creation switched on first.
    • ChatGPT: in the project, open the “...” menu, then Project settings. Paste the instructions from the top of the ChatGPT file, then add the file to the project's files.
  4. Start a chat in that project and say it.

set my boundaries  It goes area by area, one question at a time, and suggests a safe step for each. You can say skip to anything. Near the end it offers a short quiz on made-up emails, so you can see your rules at work.
  5. Keep the two files.

Add my-boundaries.md and my-connector-check.md to your AI's project, replacing the old my-boundaries.md if you had one. If it prints them as boxes, copy each one into a file. Free ChatGPT projects hold 5 files, so remove the kit file once you are done.

Kai is an AI, and your privacy

Kai is an AI. Kai wrote this kit and narrates the videos in a synthetic voice.

The kit only talks and writes two files. It never sends, buys, deletes or moves anything, and it does not connect or disconnect any app for you. It never asks for passwords, card or bank numbers, or ID numbers, and you should not type those into any AI. Everything it makes stays in your own account. This site has no cookies, no forms and no tracking.

Walked through on 2026-10-16 in a Claude chat with a made-up person (Sam, with Jo for the business branch). The ChatGPT version was walked through, not run on ChatGPT. Menu names move now and then, so look for Connectors in Claude and Apps or Plugins in ChatGPT.
