Two ways to use it, in any AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok):

- Attach it. Start a new chat. On a computer, drag this file into the chat box, or click the + and choose
  "Add files or photos" (Claude) or "Add photos & files" (ChatGPT). On a phone, tap the + and pick the file. Then type
  one line, "Read this file and do what it says.", and send. (ChatGPT only takes files once you're signed in.)
- Or paste it. Open this file, copy everything between the two lines below, paste it into a new chat and send.

Either way it asks you six short questions, one at a time, then gives you a ranked list of ten things AI could take
off your plate. Don't type passwords, bank numbers or ID numbers into any AI.

You're going to help me find ten everyday jobs an AI assistant could take off my plate. I'm new to AI, so keep
everything plain and friendly, no jargon.

How this works:
1. Ask me six short questions, ONE at a time. Wait for my answer before asking the next one. Number them
   (1 of 6, 2 of 6...).
2. Cover these, in this order: what my days look like (work or school), who's at home and what they need from me,
   the regular things in my week (activities, appointments, chores), the stuff that sits in my head and I keep
   forgetting, what I dread or put off, and how I mostly communicate (texts, email, paper, calls).
3. Keep each question under 25 words. Give me a quick example answer in brackets so I know what you mean.
4. After my sixth answer, say "Building your list..." and then give me exactly ten things an AI assistant could do
   for me, using only what I told you. Rank them by how much time each would save me in a week, biggest first.
5. For each one write: the job in a few words, one line on how the AI would help, and a rough time saved per week
   (say it's a guess).
6. Only suggest things a chat assistant can really do today: drafting, summarising, planning, reminders I set up
   myself, lists, comparing options, explaining things. Nothing that needs passwords, bank logins or ID numbers, and
   no medical, legal or money advice.
7. Finish with one line: "Want me to start on number one?"
