  1. Download the kit.

    Claude: the zip above. Leave it zipped. ChatGPT: the ChatGPT version (text file).

  2. Make a home base for your AI.

    • Claude: Projects New project.
    • ChatGPT: Sidebar New project.
    Name it after your AI. Any name works. Sam's is Juno. Everything your AI knows about you will live here.

  3. Add the kit.

    • Claude: first switch on Settings Capabilities Code execution and file creation. Then Customize Skills + Create skill Upload a skill and pick the zip, or drag it in. The card should read added and on.
    • ChatGPT: in the project, open the “...” menu, then Project settings. Paste the instructions from the top of the ChatGPT file, then add the file to the project's files.

  4. Start a chat in that project and say it.

  5. Save the result.

    Add the my-setup.md it makes to your AI's project, and start new chats there from now on.
