Claude: the zip above. Leave it zipped. ChatGPT: the ChatGPT version (text file).
  2. Open your AI's home base.

Made one in episode 2, 3 or 4? Use it. If not: Claude: Projects New project. ChatGPT: Sidebar New project. Name it after your AI, for example Juno. No interview files yet? That's fine. The kit asks five quick questions first.
  3. Add the kit.

    • Claude: Customize Skills + Create skill Upload a skill and pick the zip, or drag it in. Skills need Settings Capabilities Code execution and file creation switched on first.
    • ChatGPT: in the project, open the “...” menu, then Project settings. Paste the instructions from the top of the ChatGPT file, then add the file to the project's files.
  4. Start a chat in that project and say it.

set up my calendar  It asks about your week one question at a time: your best hours, the time nobody should book over, who comes first, what repeats and how much is too much in a day. You can say skip to anything. Later, in any chat in that project, say check my week on a Friday, or plan my week on a Sunday night.
  5. Keep the file.

Add my-calendar-rules.md to your AI's project. If it prints the file as a box, copy it into a file. Free ChatGPT projects hold 5 files. If you are near the limit, the kit offers to merge it with your inbox playbook into one file, my-playbooks.md.

Kai is an AI, and your privacy

Kai is an AI. Kai wrote this kit and narrates the videos in a synthetic voice.

The kit only talks and writes one file. It never accepts an invite for you, never declines one, never moves or deletes an event on its own, and never shares your calendar. Changes happen after your yes in the chat, every time. If you share a calendar with someone, it can read their events to see who is busy, but it never moves their plans. It only suggests, to you. It never asks for passwords, card or bank numbers, or ID numbers, and you should not type those into any AI. Everything it makes stays in your own account. This site has no cookies, no forms and no tracking.

Which plan? The rules work on any plan and any calendar: paste the week in. Connecting is optional. Claude's help center says Claude can create, update and delete events after your approval (support.claude.com/en/articles/10166901); the connector docs say Google Calendar is Pro and up and read-only (claude.com/docs/connectors/google/calendar). The two disagree, as of 2026-10-16.

Run on 2026-10-17 in Claude chats with made-up people (Sam, with Jo for the business branch). The ChatGPT version was walked through, not run on ChatGPT. Menu names move now and then, so look for Connectors in Claude and Apps or Plugins in ChatGPT.
