EP 6  Season 1: Build Your Own Kai

Your calendar says yes to everyone. Fix it with AI.

Your calendar says yes to everyone: the coach, the dentist, your boss. Then one email moves one thing, and Thursday breaks. A free file fixes that. You say "set up my calendar", and it asks about your week: your best hours, the time nobody should book over, who comes first, what repeats and how much is too much. It writes your house rules into a file called my-calendar-rules.md. Then "check my week" finds the clashes, including the ones still sitting in your inbox, and drafts two ways out of each. "Plan my week" lays out your Sunday and warns you when the week is over your limit. It never accepts, moves or sends anything. You are the only one who says yes. Sam, a parent with a day job, and Jo, who runs a small bakery, are made-up test people.

The four nevers

An accepted invite is a promise with your name on it. Changes happen after your yes in the chat, every time. The Sunday plan has four parts: day by day, clashes, anything missing and anything over your limit.
