Make ChatGPT and Claude remember you in 20 minutes

Every new chat, your AI meets you for the first time. Here a free file fixes that. You say "interview me", and it asks about your normal week, the people who matter and what you want help with, one question at a time. Then it writes two files your AI keeps: my-context.md and my-boundaries.md. It runs on Sam, a parent with a day job, then on Jo, who runs a small bakery, and asks them completely different questions. Sam and Jo are made-up test people.

What to type

Claude: load the skill (Customize, Skills, +, Create skill, Upload a skill), then in a new chat: interview me
ChatGPT: make a project for your AI (its home base), add the ChatGPT file, paste the short instruction from the file into Project settings, then: Interview me. Use the kai-interview-me kit in this project. One question at a time, please.
Grok or another AI: paste the whole ChatGPT file into a new chat, then type: interview me
The test, after: Plan my week. Heads up, swim moved to Thursday.
